The animal figure on the left is a highly detailed, carved eagle head by the Portuguese artist Milo. The plumage of the black bird of prey is modeled faithfully on a real eagle. The watchful eyes of the eagle are looking skyward. The sharp beak is covered with a golden color, which imitates the typical yellow beak in an authentic fashion. The animal figure is mounted on a black square marble base and is marked with the signature of the artist.
