Product description
“Modern Art Bronze – La Riviere – by Aristide Maillol”
| Weight | 13 kg |
This modern art nude bronze on marble-base was once made by A. Maillol. The motive of this sculpture is a fallen down woman and the sculpture is originally called “The River”. Originally the bronze figure “The River” was created in 1939. Our well shaped naked woman is placed on a small bronze base that is affixed on a squarish marble-base. The uncommon position of the nude girl makes this sculpture being a real eye-catcher. The signed bronze sculpture was casted in our foundry in an amazing agreement to the original.
As all of the bronze products in our shop, this exhibit is hand-cast in our own foundry and subject to our strict quality inspections throughout the entire process of fabrication. All of our sculptures are exclusively compounded with the help of lost-wax casting.
